Tim has 30 years in risk management and insurance, 16 years as a Business Technologies instructor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and 15 years as a small business owner-operator.  Some of the areas he specializes in are Ohio’s Medical Marijuana Law, Drug-Free Workplace programs, Violence in the Workplace and BWC’s new health and wellness program for small employers.
