Breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m. Meeting 8:00-9:00 a.m. Menu includes a full breakfast, coffee, tea, and decaf. Cost is $12.00 if pre-registered. If you have not pre-paid for all regular meetings, or if you have additional attendees, you must pre-register no later than the Wednesday prior to the meeting, or $15.00 at the door.

GCSC Weather Policy:  The GCSC will not meet if Xenia Community Schools are closed. If Xenia Community Schools are delayed but open, we will meet at the usual time.

Presenter - Sergeant Rodney D. Murphy, Ohio State Highway Patrol
Sergeant Murphy is currently assigned to the Xenia Highway Patrol Post with over 19 years of service. Served at the Wilmington Post, Circleville Post, Training Academy, West Jefferson Post, and the Xenia Post. He resides in Fayette County with his wife of 22 years and 2 children.

The long-awaited OSHA rule on Walking-Working Surfaces and Personal Fall Protection Systems (29 CFR 1910 Subparts D&I) became effective in early 2017. These updated regulations have a major impact on maintaining a compliant fall protection program. This session provides attendees with an overview of the content, key impacts and deadlines to understand for your program. Presenter - Orry Zumbiel, P.E. – Structural Engineer/Fall Protection Specialist
Mr. Zumbiel is a structural engineer and safety consultant that specializes in fall protection design and consultation. As a fall protection specialist, he spends significant time on client sites identifying, evaluating and recommending solutions for fall hazards. In his career, he has performed more than 15 fall hazard risk assessments, along with fall protection system design for organizations, including federal agencies, military installations, commercial facilities, refineries and manufacturing sites.

This fee does not include your monthly meeting expense of $12.00.

You can join anytime, but to receive your 2% Premium Rebate for the 2017-18 fiscal year (July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018) we must process your enrollment no later than July 31, 2017.
