Breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m. Meeting 8:00-9:00 a.m. Menu includes a full breakfast, coffee, tea, and decaf. Cost is $12.00 if pre-registered. If you have not pre-paid for all regular meetings, or if you have additional attendees, you must pre-register no later than the Wednesday prior to the meeting, or $15.00 at the door.

With five cases of hepatitis A having been reported in Greene County this year so far and the actions taken in the initial minutes of an emergency are critical, we have two topics in November -

Our Presenters are with Greene County Public Health - Kim Caudill, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, and Amy Schmitt, Communicable Disease Nurse
Kim Caudill has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Sinclair Community College, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Capital University, Master of Public Health Degree from Wright State University, Certified HIPAA Administrator, and a Healthy Homes Specialist (Lead). With nursing experience in Labor & Delivery, NICU, OR, and Step Down ICU, she joined Greene County Public Health in 2006. She is currently the full time Emergency Response Coordinator.

Amy Schmitt, RN, BSN, Disease Investigator, graduated in 1979 from Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009. She has been an employee of Greene County Public Health since 1993. She currently is the program coordinator of Communicable Disease and TB Control at the Health District since July 2001.

1-25   employees   FREE
26-99   employees  $50.00
100-199   employees  $100.00
200+   employees  $150.00

This fee does not include your monthly meeting expense of $12.00.

You can join anytime, but to receive your 2% Premium Rebate for the 2018-19 fiscal year (July 1, 2018 thru June 30, 2019) we must process your enrollment no later than July 31, 2018.
