Carol Dougherty-Steptoe, a recent graduate from Payne Theological Seminary, has been awarded a grant from the Lilly Foundation’s Pastoral Excellence Network (PEN).  Funds from the grant will help underwrite expenses associated with the third annual spiritual retreat entitled “Transforming our Trauma into Triumph,” which Dougherty-Steptoe spearheads.
